Antonio Margarito was definitely in the top 20. Winky Wright as well. He just recently beat the best junior middle in the world in an epic war. He's already won titles in two divisions. I don't know about top five but he's certainly top 10.

No not really his first loss to Quintana was a major setback and despite, his KO of Q in the re-match he hasn't quite lived to standards IMO.. Pac is less skilled than Hopkins but his resume is better. I judge P4P on BOTH skills and resume. Add them up and theres no way Williams is above Hopkins.
