When Hopkins fought Allen the 1st time and was getting smacked and roughed up badly when ref Mills Lane shoved Hopkins during a beak and Hopkins fell out of the ring and feigned an ankle injury to avoid stepping back in with Allen, thus retaining his title via no contest.

Where the **** did you get this from? Another Youtube highlight video of the fight? It's a piss poor analysis and not factual at all.

Allen was behind two of the scorecards. FACT

Benard was beginning to land his punches more frequently and closing the round much stronger than Allen. FACT

Bernard fought Allen only 6 months after the first NC-fight at 159 (just as the first fight). FACT

He dropped Allen twice (2nd and 6th round) and completely destroyed Allen before the fight was stopped in the 7th... FACT

I'm not even going to mention their 3rd bout cause Hopkins owned him again...

Do you believe in everything you read? Do you know the background of the author? Cause if you knew you would know why that "article" was aimed at Hopkins without any substance. I don't care what Hopkins does outside the ring. Well aside from doing a lot of charity work for the youth who's going down the destructive path. But this **** doesn't have anything to do with his boxing.
