Plus Floyd wasn't even fighting at Lightweight, he was still a Jnr Lightweight, so it's not as if he was considered a contender at Lightweight yet. No one can validly criticise him for fighting a prime De La Hoya at Welterweight rather than a Jnr Lightweight at Lightweight, that's just silly.
