thanks to our american guys, nice one ill keep an eye oput and helps withg the predcition leagues and stuff too much obliged.

I would say Kevin is a spiteful puncher without being brutal at the top level. He is a nice bloke ill be interviewing within the next couple of weeks.

the way he summed it up sounds right.

p.s martin you going to the hatton fight?

I wish I was gong to the Hatton fight fella... But I'm just gonna have to watch it on PPV.

I won't be drinking that night though... I wanna have a clear head and focus!

Are you going to the Hatton fight?... And when you say you're gonna interview Mitchell in a couple of weeks, D'you work for a British magazine or website?

Interesting stuff mate... And a good read.

I like Boxing news... I would buy boxing monthly more often but it's a tiny little mag that's £4.00 And it seems like a little bit of a rip off, Know what I mean?

As far as prospects go, I wouldn't write off Alex Arthur just yet, I reckon he just got intimidated by Gomez that night.

He seems to have sorted his defense out, and I think he's good enough to go on and hold a WBO belt perhaps

I don't know what the national level of recognition for Anthony and Lamont Peterson is, but they are pretty solid prospects. They are brothers and both light welterweights, and are fighting out of Tunica/Memphis under the Prize Fight Boxing banner. Both will fight on the June 18th Johnson-Tarver undercard in Memphis at the FedEx Forum.

They have a tremendous story...homeless before they were teenagers, both taking care of their mom, amazing stuff. Look into it if you have time...I'll see if I can find a link...

hmm doubt it with Morales, Pac, Barerra, marquez to move up to Super Feather and harrison will probably too.

cant see arthur cutting it myself.

i still believe barnes coudl come to something and Tony Docherty is comiong along nicely, David haye of course but these are pretty well touted guys.

theres a cruiserwieght guy i mention in the undercard ther Junior Mcdonald, he looks to have the tools but after 2 fights is too early to judge.

One thing I didn't totally agree with that Kevin Mitchell said... Is that he's doesn't want to challenge for a World title until he's 26yrs old.

He said, "I don't wanna have to fight some battle hardened Mexican for a World title at the age of 22yrs, I wanna fight them when I've properly matured and in my prime - 26yrs old".

Well, I've always thought that if you really believe you've got what it takes, then go for it!

I know that you have to bring fighters along at a certain speed... But if you're in the game for glory, and want to go down in history, You've gotta take the Erik Morales/Marco Antonio Barrera route... Which means fighting for World titles at 20yrs old and holding on to them and defending them etc.

It won't be long now before Morales and Barrera start to slide because father time catches up with everyone.

I was just thinking, Mitchel doesn't wanna win the World title and then defend it once and lose coz' he's starting to get on a bit.

I dunno man? ... I just hope that he get's to where he wants to be sooner rather than later.

Golden Boy Promotions' big man Librado Andrade. He looks really good so far, I think he will get even better with experience.
