The thing is his gloves wernt loaded (at least not how you think). They were w****d illegally and no it doesn't make it better but from my understanding they wrapped in a way to protect Tony's hands.People trying to compare Mosley and Margarito are ******, different offenses care different penalties. The boxing word resoundingly believes that Loaded gloves are the worse offense in boxing (Worse then PEDs), there for its treated that way and many feel it should result in life time bans.Comment

If I attempt to murder someone do I not go to jail? If I attempt to commit fraud do I not go to jail? If I attempt to steal do I not go to jail?
He attempted to commit a boxing crime he should be punished accordingly. He does not need to go to prison like Resto though~Comment

He has been but it should be more severe, maybe if he showed some remorse I could feel sympathy for him but as it sits now he deserves to rot as far as I am concerned.Comment

Comparing cheating in a sporting event to felony crimes is like comparing apples to elephants.Comment

Look at the comparison he made comparing attempting to cheat to attempting to land punches, my comparison is atleast comparing like situations.
Laws are rule and if you attempt to break the rules you get penalty, same with breaking rules in sports you attempt to cheat you get the penalty. It is an apples to apples comparison just one is more severe then the other.Comment
