Laws are rule and if you attempt to break the rules you get penalty, same with breaking rules in sports you attempt to cheat you get the penalty. It is an apples to apples comparison just one is more severe then the other.

And Margarito suffered the penalty. Just because it isn't good enough for you doesn't make it unjust.

Just because a soft commision allows him to fight does not make reinstating him right~

Mosley was never caught he admitted it after the fact. I always found it strange how Mosley got away with it without any real hit but it was a long time ago now and he will not have fought for 17 months if he fights in May, maybe that is karma.

Would you agree then the punishment Briggs got from using steroids was too soft??

Just beacause they don't have a need for revenge doesn't make them soft. it just makes them reasonable.

The standard ban for doping using olympic rules is 2 years first offence which I am fine with, if there is something that mitigates it I am fine with it being less by whatever percent the body finds it to be mitigated.

James Toney, Roy Jones, Vargas all those dudes got off easy aswell

The CSAC set a punishment and every state followed suit and agreed with it. By the time he fights again he will be past his 1 year suspension and have served his penance. NOT reinstating him after he had done his time is what wouldn't be right.

Im no fan of Margarito. He tried to cheat and may have cheated before. He's done his time though and should be allowed to fight again.

How would you handle Diego Corrales cheating in his fight with Castillo?

You know, spitting out the mouthpiece twice to give him more time to recover and make a comeback.
