I guess repeated right hands to the grill unanswered had nothing to do with it. Or the fact that Floyd was better then him on every level.

Ive talked to UK fans and you give them a bad name.

They weren't unanswered, Hatton just couldn't hurt him at 147, same as Marquez. He's not effective at that weight. Pacquiao fought him at his natural fighting weight.

Plenty of UK boxers have said the same thing (incl. Haye, Lewis and others) I suppose they give boxing a bad name too.

Hatton isn't much less effective at 147 than he is at 140. The only thing thats less effective for him is one of his biggest weapons (strength on the inside) but thats simply because he is fighting naturally bigger guys.

Hatton's two fights at 147 were against two top welterweights in Mayweather and Collazo so i ain't surprised he looked bad there. If 140 had the talent that 147 had, he wouldn't of looked so good at 140 imo.

140 is actually starting to shape up into a really solid division now.

In my opinion, Pacquiao's win over Hatton was more impressive than Floyd's.

Both deserve credit for winning though.

He was warned for Holding hattons head down while he punched him in the kidneys actually, kindly find me a ref that doesn't warn a fighter for that.

Oh and it was after the ref had broken them up once and Ricky was attacking.

if you actually watch round 11 lazcano only actually lands 5 clean punches in the entire round and two of them where illegal shots to the kidneys.

Pacquiao served that ass in 2 rounds. Get over it.

That's the whole point though, his biggest strength is almost completely negated at 147, he doesn't belong there and isn't the same opponent/challenge, his power, strength and effectiveness of his style just don't carry up. Pacquiao, clean or not, took him on at the weight where he is effective.

Good point. Be prepared for it to be shot down by the Mayweather fans though. Anything for them to convince themselves Mayweather has a better legacy.

Let it go man, Hatton got dominated from round 1. Floyd was seeting the check hook up all night.
