Pacquiao, clean or not, took him on at the weight where he is effective.
Why is Hattons next fight at 147 then? Fail.

Like I said on that thread, he's a fool if he comes back at that weight against a genuine WW. He doesn't belong there.

The only source for that little gem is his ex trainer who he's in a legal fight over money with.

I would hardly call that reliable.

As of yet neither Hatton nor anyone associated with him have said that he will fight again much less at what weight.

He won't let it go, he's been ****ing on about that fight for ages now lol. Hatton was at a disadvantage at 147, yes, but no-one honestly believes he had the skills to beat Mayweather at 140 anyway.

That being said, people need to stop acting as if Hatton was shot after that fight. He looked pretty good against Maligaggi, but was undone by a far superior fighter in Pacquiao.

If he can't get down to 140 anymore, then where else does he belong?

Someone who blows up as high as 200+ is gonna be more effective at 147.

If he really can't get down to 140 or at least 143/44 then he should retire, he has no business at 147 and it's not cool to make JMM fight at that weight.

Hatton doesn't even blow up to mid 170's let alone 200.

Ive never heard of someone being a champion of a weightclass they had no business in.

Let me ask you this. Did you ever have Hatton ranked in your top 10 p4p list?
