If either fighter REALLY wanted this fight to happen they could make it happen, anybody who thinks different is a fool. You think if pac really wanted this he couldn't just go to arum and say "I don't care what he asks for give it, random drug testing? hell yeah! 60-40 spilt? no prob!, floyd comes out second? you got it! 10oz gloves? yes sir! ... just make the ****ing fight ... and vice versa for floyd) bottom line neither guy really really wants it.

Pac wants it alright, and the fact that everyone he wanted he actually fought. Who has Pac missed out and didnt fight? Why wouldnt he want Floyd?
Its Floyd who has missed out, on Cotto, Margarito and retired without much of an explanation as to why? Hes the one who needs to explain!
Pac gave Floyd the chance to re deem and salvage his reputation and all Floyd can do is get up to his old tricks of constant mind games and trying to put the blame on Pac, and everyone else but himself.

So thats why Floyd didnt fight Cotto, Margarito and Pac so he loses his zero. Is that also why he asked Cortez to watch out for hattons dirty tactics while elbowing Hatton all night long?

Why did he put a lot of handicap on JMM when it's very clear he already has all the advantages and despite that floyd still can't KTFO jmm?
