If either fighter REALLY wanted this fight to happen they could make it happen, anybody who thinks different is a fool. Your just using excuses with catchweight talk. Unless you think Cotto would have beat Pac at 147 regardless of CW, that is all it is an excuse. Most think Pac would beat Cotto and Margarito regardless of CW. No catchweight against Clottey and it didnt seem to make any difference on his performance.

Now what about Floyd fighting JMM at 147, he dont even have the genoriisty to offer JMM a catchweight.
