If you are doing everything technically correct, what you have naturally is pretty much what you have. I mean you can make some minor improvements with some light weigh training but it won't make a significant difference.

Reed is right. The punch needs to come right from your feet as you explode out of the coil. Strong legs help a lot. Punch through/past your target too.
