    How do you get a harder punch??

    Im training to become a boxer and my power lacks for my weight








    Any tips on how to get a harder more powerfull punch?

        It is in your legs bro...most power pitchers in baseballhave very strong legs same in boxing. You need to have good strong legs and balance to throw power punches...lefty

          If you are doing everything technically correct, what you have naturally is pretty much what you have. I mean you can make some minor improvements with some light weigh training but it won't make a significant difference.

                Reed is right. The punch needs to come right from your feet as you explode out of the coil. Strong legs help a lot. Punch through/past your target too.
