Any tips on how to get a harder more powerfull punch?
The Harsh truth is punchers are born not created.
U got it or u dont.

But with the form is right, twisting into it, getting ur shoulder behind it and all that u can still hurt a guy with a well placed shot to the jaw, my advive is work on ur technique and learn to time a guy for the big shot too.

Also if ur just a young guy u may natuarally develop power, i hear Tommy Hearns wasnt much of a puncher before he turned pro

no dumbass, you should be training for proper technique
power comes from the coiling of your back leg(taking your throwing a right hand and your an orthodox stance) to the coiling of your core and having actual strenght on your arms

strong legs would slow your punch down, unless your already a strong individual and have heavy hands, it's not reccomended

personally i'd say a strong core will give you good power but yes it's the twisting of all major body parts at the same time that give you power, try doing kettlebell russian swings them alone have made me punch with more power but everyone's different i guess.

Dont worry about him man, squats arent a bad idea also. I hear Mosley does 500lbs squats

I wouldnt go crazy on the weights tho, technique, form and timeing and like i said if ur a young guy it may develop natuarlly as u age

you get a kettlebell put two hands on it and you swing it up and down in between your legs with straight arms but the key is not to use your arms you keep them relaxed to swing it you snap your hips back and forth to keep the momentum going all this with a straight back it's a simple move once you get the hang of it and it works alot of muscles at the same time.
