Dude when we say strengthen your legs doesn't mean squats it mean road work running jump rope swing do and punch inside a pool....stuff like that resistance training can sometimes be better than lifting weights. All these weight lifter types gas easily....You need to run jump rope and swing...lefty
How do you get a harder punch??

Use some plaster or pack some stones in your gloves.
Otherwise you're pretty much born a puncher, getting the max potential is usually doing the right technique.Comment
