Steroid Testing-Straigh To The Point

Wow, another article that emphasises that fighters shouldn't dictate testing, rather the commissions should be leading charge. It also reiterates the importance of randomized year-round testing to catch cheats.
Did you guys miss those two major details or did you think this article makes Pac look bad?
If you guys really want to clean up the sport the boxing commissions need to require randomized blood and urine testing through out the year. I don't think any fan would be against that.
he then went on to point out that the current NSAC testing procedures are, and i quote, "LAUGHABLE."
did you miss that?Comment

Because the 'ownest' (I love how the editors allow such egregious misspellings to go through *the word is onus*) is on Pacquiao to be knowledgeable about what is going in his body and to hire nutritionists with integrity. If the nutritionist is suspect he should investigate and bring himself up to speed on all relevant information concerning his supplements and the integrity/history of the person in charge of his diet. Since he seems reluctant to do that, his (Manny's) integrity becomes suspect.Comment

WTF. Manny, like any other athlete, would know what he's taking because his nutrionist would tell him. They don't just shove pills in your face and say, "take this" without letting you know what they are. Informing his patient of what kind of treatment he's getting is PART OF HIS JOB.Comment

why do people feel the need to come to assumptions when pac has already stated his reason. pac has been a clean fighter throughout his career, he respects his opponents, touches gloves, doesn't hold or hit behind the head, no lowblows. he is a clean fighter so stop this crap and give him the benefit. some of you just wish he was on something.Comment

"Manny doesn't know what I give him." Someone should have asked him if he ever tried telling him instead of saying, "Here, take this." And of course Manny (who Roach claims he can't get to even take vitamins) says, "No prob, Alex. Mmm, looks good!"Comment

NOBODY whishes the pacman was on anything.....
WE ALL WISH, FOR BOXING'S SAKE, THE FIGHT GETS DONE. IF AGREEING TO RANDOM TESTS DOES THAT, THEN DO IT.
......if you have nothing to hide.Comment

And we all wish the top fighters would take the lead and set an example. Not b*tch and moan about a request that's (gasp!) reasonable and applaudable.Comment

nothing to suggest pac is acheat so people should stop making assumptions.Comment
