Defamation Per Se is different from a normal Defamation/Slander action. The burden of proof is actually on GB/MWP to prove with solid evidence Manny is on PEDS. All Manny has to provide are the accusations that ended up in print (and there are a couple) and the defendants have to come up with proof.

You are 100% wrong. As the plaintiff, the burden is on Pac to PROVE that Mayweather Sr. KNEW his statement was false.

And since Pac himself "doesnt know what he takes" according to his strength and conditioning coach, how could anyone PROVE that Floyd knew the statement was false.

Frankly, I think, more than the fear of needles or supersition, this is about Manny's pride. He doesnt want to be pushed around in negotiations. I remember the Hatton negotiations almost did not push through because of the absurd demand by Manny. I bet if Mayweather gave him 55% of the purse to do random blood testing, he would do it.

WTF! So if i'm being accused of something whether it is legal or not, without any proof and baseless, i have to prove i'm innocent. Therefore anyone can accused anybody and that person is guilty until that person proves that he or she is innocent.
