    You are 100% wrong. As the plaintiff, the burden is on Pac to PROVE that Mayweather Sr. KNEW his statement was false.

    And since Pac himself "doesnt know what he takes" according to his strength and conditioning coach, how could anyone PROVE that Floyd knew the statement was false.

    The lawsuit is bull**** and will go nowhere.

With tattoos!!?!?! Or superstitious!?!?!?! Ive never heard of such inexcusable drivel in all my life.
      He has no grounds to argue nor make an argument with these feeble reasons where on the the other hand, there is all the proof you need other than the actual blood tests themselves to suggest(strongly) he has/is or will be taking illegal supplements to make him tougher/bigger/stronger/faster...etc.
      Steve austin never took drugs but did have bionic arms and legs.
      Manny does not have bionic limbs.
      Just make with the tests and stop crying!
      One more thing, hes running for congress isnt he? Wants to be a politician eh? Dont you have to be a good(a really good) liar to be a succesful politician?
      Suckers.
      the fact boxer grows even your man mayweather it goes to manny too so 's what's your problem you can't accept your man is 2 and pacman 1 now so the only way is fight him no random testing but testing goes to NSAC if mayweather not happy they NSAC then MJL, NBA NFL testing is the way since they both proffesional that is not USADA

              Apparently this is not the case with Defamation Per Se. I got checked in my own thread. >_<

              Defamation Per Se

              Most jurisdictions recognize "per se" defamation, in which the allegations made by the defendant are presumed to cause damage to the plaintiff. Normally in personal injury litigation, including actions for defamation, the plaintiff bears the burden of proof. Within the context of defamation, that means that the plaintiff must establish by a preponderance of the evidence that the defendant's statements were false, and that the defendant knew or reasonably should have known them to be false at the time the statements were made. Defamation per se provides a significant exception to that rule: Typically, where the statements made by the defendant constitute defamation per se, the defendant has the burden of proving that the allegations are true.

              Typically, the following may consititute defamation per se:

              Allegations that an unmarried person is unchaste;
              Allegations that a person is infected with a sexually transmitted disease;
              Attacks on a person's professional character or standing;
              Allegations that the person has committed a crime of moral turpitude;

                No, YOU are 100% wrong. The only thing PAC has to prove is that Mayweather made his statement WITHOUT ANY BASIS.

                  Frankly, I think, more than the fear of needles or supersition, this is about Manny's pride. He doesnt want to be pushed around in negotiations. I remember the Hatton negotiations almost did not push through because of the absurd demand by Manny. I bet if Mayweather gave him 55% of the purse to do random blood testing, he would do it.

                      WTF! So if i'm being accused of something whether it is legal or not, without any proof and baseless, i have to prove i'm innocent. Therefore anyone can accused anybody and that person is guilty until that person proves that he or she is innocent. It's like in the old days when a woman is accused of being a witch, she's automatically ****ed and get burned alive.
