I'm all for Pac working with the commission to find a plan for advanced testing then being the leader in the tests and implementation of it. It'd shut down any doubt (except from the haters that will never be satisfied) and be a nice slap in the face to The Mayweathers and GB.
No, I didn't say they have the best program, nobody does.
I'm saying the system you are so against,
has caught cheaters before.
Why isn't it good enough now?
If you're discrediting the system at hand,
you're discrediting every boxer who has fought under that system.
You're undermining the achievements of every boxer in history.
At this point, every boxer is now 0-0.
Nobody has the best program? The World Anti-Doping Code is the best program. Plain and simple. It is the testing and monitoring program for all of international competition. It is designed and monitored by the best people in the industry. Stop trying to tell me that the NSAC program is somehow equal in its methods. The World Anti-Doping Agency was created in reaction to a huge amount of questions about cheating in international sport. The testing that was being done was not good enough. There is even an international convention from UNESCO that is being ratified by countries to legally enforce the World Anti-Doping Code on athlete's and trainers in international competition.
The USADA was created because the US Olympic committee found their testing program had a horrible reputation. They follow the World Anti-Doping Code.
This is all pretty simple to understand. The program in Nevada has caught cheaters before, and it's not good enough now because there is a better program they could be using - The World Anti-Doping Code as administered by the USADA or another institution.
Am I undermining every boxer in history?
Basically, this whole argument is ****ing ******ed. The only reason anyone is talking about this is because Pac refused the test. No one was talking about Pac being on steroids until Pac refused the test. Mayweather Sr threw the accusation out there a while ago, and nobody gave a **** until Pac said no to random blood testing. If he'd just agreed for the start, nobody would be questioning him for anything, except for a few haters that would hate him for anything and everything anyway.
Now his fans are making excuses for his poor decision making, trying to discredit the best anti-doping program in the world, an initiative by the best minds in the world as requested by the governments of the world for fair play in international sport.

Just so you know,
no tests are perfect, therefore, none being the best.
and so you know,
this started with baseless accusations by a jealous father.
So again, I ask, if the current testing standards are inferior,
how did Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. just recently get caught?

It's pretty simple ... There is already a group doing that - WADA. Sign up to the World Anti-Doping Code and take the tests administered by the USADA. Last time I checked Pac didn't have a PhD in bio-chemistry or anything. If he wants to help, he can participate in the actual official world body for international sports testing and monitoring.

What?! None are perfect so no program is better than another? What you're telling me is, since testing now is not perfect, then the testing they did in the 1970s is just as good. You actually do not believe that it is possible for one testing and monitoring program to be better than another unless one of them is absolutely perfect?
Chavez Jr. got caught using a drug to cut weight. Basically he was using it at the last minute to make weight, was careless and got caught. Just because their program is inferior doesn't mean they won't catch people.
