what are you talking about? his name IS clean.

it's only... surprise surprise king duck.. floyd mayweather and team who're spreading false rumors around. only rumors, nothing more, nothing less. why would accusations coming from a future opponent have any weight to them? specially mayweather.. LOL!

pacquiao's name is clean and there's no reason he should take a test and be bothered just to discredit a silly rumor. if it worked like that every boxer or celebrity for that matter would be constantly responding and trying to clear every single rumor thats out there. they wouldn't have time due to all the rumors that are made up daily about them.

How do you find the cheaters if you aren't testing, or not using the best test methodology? Do you want to see more cheaters get caught, or would you rather keep using the same lower standard?

I'm a Pacquiao fan and I said YES. I think Pacquiao is TOTALLY clean he just needs to get his act together and stop psyching himself out like he initially did in Morales 1 with the entire dehydration/blood test incident.

I completely agree. In a perfect world---Pacquiao shouldn't even be bothered with all this crap...but we now live in a PED era--where the first su****ious person will cast the first stone even if the person they're trying to hit may be innocent.

Pacquiao will only agree to the blood test on the day of the fight as long as Mayweather will also agree to admit he's a ****.

They were caught under an inferior testing program. What I'm saying is, if they adopt the international standard for testing they will catch MORE cheaters, and I can't see why anyone would argue against that. Pac and Mayweather would just be the first to go through this testing.

The World Anti-Doping Code will never catch everyone. The cheaters will always be ahead of the testers. But it is the best program in the world right now.
