Should Pacquiao Undergo Extensive Drug Testing To Clear His Name? (Video/Poll)

They were caught under an inferior testing program. What I'm saying is, if they adopt the international standard for testing they will catch MORE cheaters, and I can't see why anyone would argue against that. Pac and Mayweather would just be the first to go through this testing.
The World Anti-Doping Code will never catch everyone. The cheaters will always be ahead of the testers. But it is the best program in the world right now.
If its inferior,
how did some of the biggest names get caught?
Are you saying lesser known boxers, who makes less money, have access to better drugs?
What I'm saying is,
when it becomes standard protocol for all boxers,
then you'll see all boxers adhere to the rules of the commissions.
As it stands, there is no reason, especially a reason based on speculation and hear say that Manny Pacquiao has to submit to more strenuous testing than any other fighter.
Seeing as how hes passed every test required by the commissions,
and some other high profile fighters haven't,
I don't see how you can say the testing standards are inferior.
You might have a point if nobody was getting caught,
but as it stands,
fighters are still getting caught.

You've gotta be kidding me. The urine test the NSAC commission does and the USADA does it exactly the same. The difference is in how they strictly monitor their athletes, and in having completely random test dates without any notification to the testee.

The World Anti-Doping Code was made by a braintrust of the best doping scientists in the world. It is THE Doping Code, enforced on all athletes in all international competition. You've got to be ****** if you don't understand that. It is an extremely strict monitoring program.
Athletes have been getting caught for PEDs forever. It doesn't mean the testing programs of the past are as good as the ones now. Just because they catch some people under the current program, doesn't mean they wouldn't catch more if they switching to the Anti-Doping Code. Your logic is seriously ****ed up. You're basically saying that if they're catching some people, they must have the best program. Think about it for a minute.Comment

No, I didn't say they have the best program, nobody does.
I'm saying the system you are so against,
has caught cheaters before.
Why isn't it good enough now?
If you're discrediting the system at hand,
you're discrediting every boxer who has fought under that system.
You're undermining the achievements of every boxer in history.
At this point, every boxer is now 0-0.Comment

It's simple. Times change, drugs evolve, masking agents evolve, testing evolves, why are you so against change?
No, I didn't say they have the best program, nobody does.

And as I said in the other thread, the court case does nothing for pacman's image, as I said before, even if he wins $50 mil it won't change a thing. Only thing that can change it, is if he takes the tests.
This poll justified.Comment

I'm not against change for the entire sport.
I'm against making one person do a test based on speculation without evidence.
Btw, if all of those you mentioned above evolve,
how did Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. just get busted?

Even passing the test you guys want so bad won't change his image.
Some of you already have your minds made up already.Comment
