    A blood test can more effectively determine the amount of substance in the system man. Urine is essentially waste material.

        He doesn't need to "clear his name"...

        Pacquiao's never tested positive for illegal substances. This was all started by the jealousy of the old crackhead, Floyd Mayweather Sr and the mediocre Paulie Malig***gi.

          The problem is that the doubters have increased significantly during the last few weeks since the rumor's undergone heavy circulation and that doubt will remain until he's tested, whether we like it or not. It would be best to get extensively tested, establish his innocence and kill the rumor completely imo.

            True, if more thorough methods exist to test the boxers it's to the benefit of the sport if they're utilized. These procedures should be regularly reviewed and modified imo.
