And for Lou DiBella, this is the issue. He could piss off a lot of people if he suddenly asked for extra tests. Which is why more stringent protocols could be made mandatory by every boxing commission.

I didn't know 100% safety was only exclusive to A-list fighters.

Al Haymon to Berto, "sorry buddy, but you ain't making it rain, therefore you'll just have to cross your fingers against a known cheat"
Believe it or not, its just how it is.. Just like AIDS cure, we know its out there, but if u dont have the big gwap u will not get it and will die in short.

The answer is that Berto is not scared of Mosely, plain and simple. Mayweather has an excuse for not fighting a number of fighters, besides PacMan, and i am tired of it. Blame PacMan all you want but History Shows that PacMan takes unheard Risks, while Mayweather will not even take one. Berto is a good young fighter and i hope he does well against Mosely, and i feel that even if Berto Loses(which is most likely the case) he will not blame Steroids for his loss.

Question is not about bravery. To me this should be made as rule so that its benefitting everyone and there is no loop hole. Also random should be random for sure for every body no one bypasses it.

It's good to see that more and more boxing fans are acknowledging the need for stricter testing in boxing. Stricter testing has to start somewhere, and it just so happens that the precedent can be set by the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight.

Why not require it to those who either tested positive, or even admitted to it? Why not make it mandatory?
Lou D is def right. I agree everyone should do the stricter testing but its going to take some time to be implemented by the boxing Commission but can be requested in the contract negotiations between boxers in the mean time until it is officially implemented by the boxing Commission. And Mayweather has requested it in the contract for this fight. What better way for boxing to usher in the newer and stricter drug tests and policies for boxing than through the biggest fight in boxing history monetary wise.

Mosley don't need anything performance enhancing to beat that hype job anyway.
