DiBella's young charge, WBC welterweight champion Andre Berto, is going up against Shane Mosley in a unification fight on January 30 in Las Vegas. [Click Here To Read More]

Well said, Lou. The biggest money fight of all time needs the strictest drug testing possible.

Having the risk of being drained right before the fight isn't fair. If urinalysis detects it all, then he shouldn't be required to. No need to be an ******* with ****** pictures all over the place

While I agree that Pacquiao should take the test because of the significance of the fight--what Dibella said was a poor man's excuse, I'm sorry. I try to be an objective fan as possible.

DiBella: "I hope and I trust that he's smart enough that he stopped the inappropriate performance enhancement".

It's easy for him to ridicule Pacquiao for not accepting tests but Dibella is willing to let his supposed star fighter go without an olympic drug test against a self-proclaimed PED user? What the heeziiiii? I see a double standard.
