" Well, it's not really Manny but me, the Nevada State commission has been around a long time and is the best commission in the world they have been involved in every fight that I have had in my life. I don't work for Mayweather, he doesn't tell me what to do, he doesn't tell my fighter what to do, we go by the commission rules and by the sanction body rules and that's fine. That's the way boxing has been going for many years and it's good enough for the rest of the world and it's good enough for me. "

that is what trainers should do to their boxers.
Mayweather has no right to tell pac on what to do!
So what you're saying is they're not giving us the best fight in boxing, not collecting $40 million because of pride. They basically just don't want to be told what to do. That's it, the only reason ... Take the ****ing tests!

It does`nt matter cause it`ll be just a back and forth debate.Fact is we don`t know what Pac might be using. It could be something brand new most people have never heard of.

All Pac has to do is take the random test without a cutoff date and problem resolve. It`ll Make Floyd look ****** if Pac is not on something then they could fight.

If Pac does`nt take a random test he`s going to look su****ious to most people.

If Pac had said yes from day one, this would not be an issue and Mayweather would not have gained his so called "psychological advantage."
there's no gray area in the doctor's statement. it is not an effective way. No harm done in taking highly irregular testing? Lemme see. If Pac submits himself to Mayweather-style tests, he can be asked to wake up an ungodly hours for several days during his intense training camp to give blood.

WiIll you expect him to be 100% on the day of the fight?

Nope. Pacquiao is right not to say yes to the Mayweather-style tests that defy even USADA norms.

You're speculating. I can speculate that Floyd is gay and humps Ellerbie at night and we'll debate without arriving at an answer will we?

Pac is right not to submit himself to Mayweather-stule random tests that even run afoul of both USADA and NSAC norms.

If the NSAC is so great how come they never caught Mosley and Holyfield? That tell`s people with common sense that the standard for testing should be changed. But *******s like you don`t want that to apply to your god Pacquiao cause ya`ll love the illusion that Pacquiao give`s out.

Yes, i agree but the thing is, even the USADA said that this blood test is not really recommended it is just the mayweathers that are demanding all these ****. Do you know why this **** happens? its because of that crackheads accusation on pac.

So if that is the case, you believe more on what this Crackhead Sr. is saying rather than the USADA... you really think pac is on riods?

If mayweather Sr. will say that tomorrow will be the end of the world i bet you're the first one that will go hiding on those caves!

Floyd let Marquez know he could`nt make the 144 pound limit so they renegotiated the contract and Floyd Paid Marquez money for the extra weight. So its not cheating if Marquez agreed to it.It would`nt have mattered which weight they fought at anyway,it would have been the same outcome.
