The article was written by a doctor - not Floyd Mayweather Sr.

Just four times and Powell is pissed off? Floyd wants Pac to undergo more than a dozen random tests while at camp.

Floyd is gonna go through the same test so any disadvantage it might cuase its gonna cause Mayweather the same disadvantage. You *******s are really desperate to prove Pac is not hiding nothing and failing miserably.

They use blood to test for synthetic hemoglobin, blood transfusions, EPO and hGH. I couldn't find anything that said how often they would take blood, but the main stipulation in their testing was that there was never advance warning. All tests are random. There are two blood tests and the amount of blood drawn is very very small. 2 x 3mL or 2 x 5 mL. There is about 5mL in a teaspoon. You have 5 - 6L of blood in your body. So if you were at the bottom end of the spectrum with 5L in your body, you'd lose 0.32% of your blood. That's one third of one percent. The impact on an athletes performance would be nil.

Well, they get tested after each competition. Pac would not be tested four times in two days. His testing would be spread over the period between the contract being signed and the fight date.

Saying Floyd will also undergo the same tests does not explain the fact that such in-camp random tests are spurious and highly irregular.

There are no valid reasons for Pacquiao, who has not tested positive for PEDs in all previous tests, to submit himself to Mayweather's caprice.

talk about "Leveling the playing field out"
if they do that, what's the point of the fight?

I highlighted your statement. Floyd wants random tests to be made any time at any given day, at any given hour.

By teh way, did you even get to read the article I posted on why the USADA wants out-of-competition testing?

When I say out-of-competition, I assume you understand that the phrase means outside a boxer's training camp.

A random blood testing for the synthetic Human Growth Hormone, Somatropin, within the training period leading to the fight is NOT an effective way to catch cheaters especially if it is done within the thirty days before the fight.

So, only athletes that test positive for PEDs under inferior programs should be tested for PEDs under the best program?
