Floyd Sr. said Manny is on something , an enhancement drug ,a roid or any substance but he said "its my opininon" --means to say an accusation , no proof of evidence , just a mere opinion (which we dont know if that mind giving opinion is in good condition or ******ed or maybe afraid of PAC 'lol')

Dude, Pac said he would subject to random blood test BUT NOT with Mayweathers Drug Testing Agency and NOT with Mayweathers condition. He would do it with the authorized agency who has the jurisdiction w/c NSAC.

I am only aware that he was OK with random urine screenings? Sounds to me like the negotiations fell apart, at the point where Manny shot down the RANDOM blood samples. And I am not choosing sides, just attempting to state the facts clearly. It really does not profit you to repeat information that's not accurate, no matter how much you may want to believe it. So I ask again, when, where, and in what format did Manny say random blood screening were acceptable to him?
