actually its not the random testing that they are against with. first off its whimsical on the part of floyd after all their claims that pac is an easy fight. second and most importantly, there is no need to agree on it as it is not required by the commission supervising the site where the bout will be held. boxing have rules being followed by all involved in it. and blood random testing is not one of them, floyd and pacman still in the negotiation stage, one can offer the other one can either agree or disagree. in this case pacquiao disagree and counter offered, he never said he is against blood testing on the contrary he welcomed it. the purpose of the testing is to determine if there is use of HGH or PEDS. team pacquiao is trying to negotiate the testing away from USADA because of their protocol that it might throw off pacmans training rhythm, who knows USADA might one day "decide" drawing blood from pacquiao as he lay sleeping or the night before the fight causing him to lose sleep. who knows what amount of blood they will extract from pacman. they said its teaspoon, what guarantee can pacquiao hold on it when the other parties record of lying is tops. pacquiao counter-offered but team floyd and gbp didnt budge and even went straight to media telling everyone their "opinion" that manny doesnt want blood testing so he must be hiding something, and thats what made pacman angry, they twisted the facts to make pacman look bad.

You are correct in saying it is not NSAC's rules-but it is a part of the contract that Floyd wants (just as Manny has had his demands EASILY met-the purse split,the glove size-because Manny feels the gloves will amplify his power, the $10,000,000 penalty for coming in over a fraction of a pound,etc).Now it seems to me that Manny actually has all contract advantages-he just gets greedy and wants it all during negotiations.Remember the Cotto,Hatton and De La Hoya negotiations? He throws a big fit unless he gets it all,like a drama queen.So ask yourself who in this fight is getting all the advantages and demands.

You are just a hater man, at first we all thought that it's gonna take them awhile before they settle the purse split, both are superstars that deserves more, but they agreed to a 50/50, a miracle just happened. Then when we all thought that it's gonna be a breeze in the negotiation from there on, floyd made the first move and offered a 10oz globe and a 154lbs weight limit. Manny said no, then they settled at 147lbs with 8oz globes, but manny offered a 10mil penalty per pound just in case floyd went over the limit again just like the marquez fight. And then floyd insisted that manny take an olympic style drug test, manny complied but team pac requested in the negotiation papers that they only do 3 blood test but with unlimited urine test, thus what we now know as the first test at the beginning of pre-fight, then 2nd atleast 30days prior to the fight, and then 1 more immediately right after the fight. These details were leaked to the press by the mayweathers and they were outraged at team pac for giving limits to a random test!!! Hello!! You are in a middle of negotiation, why will you do such a thing, if floyd truelly wants this fight to happen they should have made a counter offer, as simple as that!!! And now because of that, some fans are starting to think that maybe manny's into something, these are malicious insinuation being made in public by team mayweather and forcing manny to defend himself in legal court. I can't blame manny for doing that, but still, because manny knows the worth of this potential super-duperfight, he just recently accepted and complied with the NSAC to submit himself to a random drug test, manny is willing to adhere to their every rules just as long as the NSAC who's doing it just to save the fight.. But lo and behold, right after knowing about this recent news, roger mayweather made a statement that the NSAC are using fake doctors and that the NSAC doesn't know how to do about testing blood for drug use!! With terms like "they are *******" and your one sided biased arguement,it is ironic that you call ME a "hater". Manny is not bending backwards for them-he has gotten EVERYTHING he wants so far from this contract and the lawsuit has been officially started just after the demands of random blood testing.In fact,its no coincidence that there is major hassles with negotiating and Manny-all of his last 3 fights were nearly called off or refused because Manny wants every advantage.Again,not my opinion,just look at the history...When you dictate when they stop blood testing,it no longer becomes random-do you understand????? 30 days before the fight is too wide of an opportunity for someone to exploit-that is not my opinion, that's just truth.
