Pacquiao could easily shut these morons up by taking the tests and passing them. Any rational person can see that. I find it baffling that he won't take the tests randomly. As a long time Pacquiao fan I am starting to question him as well.

        Can my opinion be defamatory?

No—but merely labeling a statement as your "opinion" does not make it so. Courts look at whether a reasonable reader or listener could understand the statement as asserting a statement of verifiable fact. (A verifiable fact is one capable of being proven true or false.) This is determined in light of the context of the statement. A few courts have said that statements made in the context of an Internet bulletin board or chat room are highly likely to be opinions or hyperbole, but they do look at the remark in context to see if it's likely to be seen as a true, even if controversial, opinion ("I really hate George Lucas' new movie") rather than an assertion of fact dressed up as an opinion ("It's my opinion that Trinity is the hacker who broke into the IRS database").

I can't believe that the deal is not dead offiicially if they really didnt think it would happen. I think both side realize there isn't a great alternative besides this fight. So all this talk back and forth is just par for the course.

Am still waiting for the lawsuit. Whoever actually told him he got a case either just want a pay or they are slow, If you're a top athlete who is clean and you have nothing to hide then you wold take any test when you have doubters out there.

Let's get something else straight not only do you move up three weight classes in a little over a year and half, your not making that kind of move in weight without losing hand speed and power and PAC has gained both. He is taking something, boxing steroid testing standards are far behind football or baseball standards. They signed a contract stating for random blood tests, manny has thrown every excuse to not have it within 30 days and have set times. If they are random he can't use whatever he is using. The man has put on 40 pounds of muscle mass. Floyd and PAC are near in age Floyd 32 and Pac 31. Floyd started his career in 96 at 130lbs. PAC started his career in 95 at 107. It took Floyd 9 years to fight at 145 from 130, it took PAC 8 months to fight from 130 to 145. HE IS TAKING SOME FORM OF PED AND FIGHTING MAYWEATHER AND GETTING CAUGHT IS NOT WORTH 40 million to him. I hope he gets caught. And for people who think PAC can easily beat or ko mayweather because he beat three come straight forward no defense flat footed fighters, you are idiots!!
I agree-you should also note that his last 3 opponents had only left hand power, all fought out of the orthodox stance, but didn't have strong rights-(either left hand dominant or converted left hand, yet fight out of an orthodox stance-weird"coincidence").
