Where Is All The Muscle That Pacquiao Supposedly Packed On?

If we're talking about muscle...yes it does...because all muscle needs fluids..if you look at Pacquiao's rehydration weight the guy has been in the 140s for nearly 5 years and he's never went over 150.

Also -- and I'll make a point that I am not making excuses by saying Pacquiao was drained at 130 -- recently, Roach has mentioned that Manny was really struggling to make weight for his last few fights at 130, despite the articles that surfaced with Roach saying saying "Manny will make weight, it'll be OK", and if this is true, I'm not surprised he looked less than stellar in the second Marquez fight. I remember watching the weigh-in and thinking he looked awful, just totally dried out like an old bone.

-The time frame hes done it in.
It raises questions.
Like Paulie said:
If someone was accsuing me of this ****..I would take the tests so I could get in the ring then whoop their ass, take my 40 million and smile knowing I prove the doubters wrong and I just proved Im better then Mayweather.
But no he sued, and wants to fight Paulie when Bradley called Pac out as well.
Interesting.
-Muscles = didn't help Jeff Lacy, did they?
-Increased speed = Where? I think Pacquiao was faster when he was lighter. There is no significant improvement or loss in terms of speed.
-Increased power = The power was always there. The increase we see now comes from not weakening the body as much, therefore Pacquiao can fight to his full potential.
-Punch resistance = For starters, yes, it can be trained. You can get used to absorbing shots from a (slightly) bigger guy, especially if you see the punches coming. Shawn Porter being used for sparring would force Manny to be able to handle the power of a slightly larger guy. Do steroids make your punch resistance better? If so, how come Vargas got sparked out by Oscar? Come on. Cotto isn't even that much bigger than Manny anyway.
-JMM having Manny on "***** street": Ugh, OK. He got caught with a couple of good punches from a brilliant fighter. Unusual? Hell to the **** no. Marquez is a great fighter. Think about it though -- cutting too much weight makes you weaker. If Pacquiao was weaker, it's not surprising he is slightly more fragile. Regardless, he wasn't even close to touching the canvas.
-The manner in which he's beating fighters: Again, he isn't zapping his strength so much, he is a better fighter for it.
-The time frame: Makes no sense. He isn't packing on muscle like some suggest (Malignaggi, for starters), he is only cutting less, not bulking up and becoming huge.
And regarding the tests... You guys still don't even get it.
It isnt about the tests, it's about refusing to bend over and be butt-****ed by the likes of Floyd Mayweather and the slimeballs at GBP. They are untrustworthy scumbags and I applaud Manny for holding his ground.

You can't look at weights to prove if an athlete is on a PED- otherwise testing for it, because of symptoms such as a rapid muscle gain, would be much easier. The fact is, many PED's can be used and metabolized by the body, in and out- within a matter of days or even hours. This comes from credible doping sources in no relation to this incident.
There's no way for us to know if an accused athlete- Lebron James to Floyd Mayweather- is doping unless he takes random blood tests. That is why the two aforementioned athletes understand they must, to be at the top of a physical field in which they stand to make millions, prove themselves clean.

I also think its funny that Manny Pacquaio 'can stick it to the man' by refusing the sleazebag Mayweather and Goldenboy- not by making tens of millions and beating their fighter to a pulp, like his fans think he can, but by refusing to fight. How does that show them up more than testing clean and beating Floyd's ass???
