Maybe Pac not fighting Floyd is a good thing, it will force Floyd to actually make fights from 147-154 and take on some credible opponents. He can't cherry pick "event" fights over real fights forever.

Schaefer is surprised that Arum wants to change the testing protocols to suit Pacquiao when "Olympic-style testing" was part of the original draft of the contract in the first place.
Team Pacquiao changed their minds on the random issue to suit their needs.
It's hilarious but not surprising anymore.

You're right, the laws have been in place for 40 years. Newsflash: amphetamines isn't he popular drug of choice anymore among athletes.

Arum and team first said "Ok", then they said "But we want a cutoff date."
The USADA said they could not guarantee a cutoff date.
So team Pacquiao gets mad and wants to sue over steroid allegations.
In the meantime, Floyd has absolute no problem with the USADA testing procedures first proposed to Pacquiao, and which he himself would be undergoing.
How's that?
