Yes he must. And his team are making a very simple testing procedure more difficult than it has to be when there are health related concerns involved for both parties.

maybe giving blood prior to the fight has something
to do with it along with Morales was solid then and the bad
cut that PAcquiao recieved...

Manny considered every little detail for their rematch ...
he trained harder, considered various legal treatments for cuts during fights
he wanted the Reyes gloves and did not want to provide blood for the second fight ...

he does not want to lose...its not superstition at all ...

Arum & team Pacquiao want to do it the way the Nevada(and other) comision does it..But that would be taking urine sample before & after the fight, that's it!..That does not really work that well..There are illegal enhancing drugs out there that can't be detected in urine & there are also ways of cleaning your system out before getting tested...That's why Mayweather jr wants blood & urine samples and the testing to be random & samples to be taken right before the fight..This is all fare since both fighters will be put threw the same type of tests..I say this type of testing should become mandatory in boxing..

Nope unfair is dragging somebody down to weakened state rather that allowing someone to come in strong .

Unfair is not taking the same test as your opponent will take , even though your opponent has already agreed to all your demands and he asked for only one thing , a fair no PEDS fight .

Manny has played a stacked book for long time now , with Floyd he is being forced into a fair fight same weight , drug free and he crys fowl ,,, *** off !

The burden of proof rests on Maweathers' shoulders solely. The accusations were brought by his team and father, it's up to him to prove it, not for Manny to disprove it.

The problem is PAC fans seem to be blind, I´m a fan of both and I would really like them both to be tested for real and randomly...to be as fair as possible and decide who the better man is, not in Mayweather terms but NOT in some obsolete 40 years old way (as said by Arum) that in the 21st century doesn´t apply.

Who ever says is against his or better said ¨their¨ health is nonsense (They seem to forget they both would be taking the blood tests), they even come up with a consipracy theory about GBP and USADA...total bullsht. PAC MAN THE **** UP AND AGREE TO THE TESTS!
