It is so obvious what is going on that it is not funny anymore.

That article reveals a whole lot more of the game Arum is pulling.

I say take that article and pass it around to all of the boxing and sports experts and ask them what that article really means to them.

You can bet they will clearly see what's going on.

If you guys read the article again, you would understand that the $10 million dollar penalty for the weight issue that Team Pacquiao "proposed" didn't even have to be a requirement for a welter fight.

Team Mayweather simply agreed to it to appease Team Pacquiao and move the negotiations along and get it out of the way.

You can bet your bottom dollar the issue would've been blown out of proportion if Team Mayweather did not agree to it.

I understand and agree with some of what you're stating.

However, have you considered that Floyd has agreed to basically all the issues, including the random testing protocols with no cutoff dates, yet it is only Team Pacquiao who wants a cutoff date?

The NSAC cannot assure Team Mayweather and Team Pacquiao that blood testing will be implemented within the time frame required because they've never performed blood tests. Only urine tests.

So, Arum doesn't care to use USADA, but has suggested that Team Mayweather contact the NSAC to venture and see if they can perform the
blood work which NSAC cannot guarantee will be implemented by the time the fight rolls around.

Do you understand that?

Do you see how complicated Arum wants to make things?

The entire issue is complicated because it was even brought up in the first place.

Nevada has had these regulations in place for 40 years, it was good enough for Leonard,Hearns,Hagler and Duran and all the other greats post and prior but not for Mayweather?

Why should he come along and change the way the game is played, he hasn't earned the right to do that, this guy has been at the welterweight limit for 5 years and still hasn't had a tough fight yet, unless you count Carlos Baldomir.

I respect his talent but that is where my respect ends, this entire issue was brought up to create a distraction and that's exactly what he is to the welterweight division unless he chooses to fight a real welterweight with a pulse. Didn't he originally request for this fight to take place a 154? But when Paul Williams challenged him at 154, his fans went nutty(most of them are) and said that he isn't a 154 pound fighter--hypocrites.
