Nobody accuses pro athletes of being on or using any kind of PED's or whatever other brand name drug you want to call them.

BUT they're are required to undergo testing procedures to re-assure the committees, the organizations, the sponsors, and the paying public that
they are playing fair and square.

If they refuse to undergo established testing procedures, they must comply with whatever rules involving penalties, infractions, suspensions, or whatever their policies and procedures require of the athletes.

The argument that Manny is being accused without reason is nonsense when he must still undergo testing regardless what anybody thinks.

Yes Manny must undergo tests, but NOT tests proposed by Mayweather. Nevada has had these rules in place for the last 40 years. Mayweather hasn't earned the right to rewrite, customize and then finally dictate those rules. Mayweather resides and fights in Vegas, yet has no confidence in his own commission? Give me a break.

You know what's unfair, making a guy two weight classes below you come up to face you and yet you still didn't try to make the stipulated weight. Why not choose someone like Berto or Collazo as a comeback fight, real welterweights instead of cherry picking fights the last 5 years? The absolute height of unfairness to both the fans and sports itself.

LOL @ 'no other way'... It's Manny who accepted Floyd's random drug testing but with a deadline. It was Floyd's Team who said 'no other way' or 'olympic style drug testing is non-negotiable'... All before the lawsuit was announced... Haha!

I don't disagree the NSAC is established. What the majority disagree with is
Team Pacquiao's reluctance to undergo a simple testing procedure with No Cutoff Dates.

It's been established by the USADA that cutoff dates permit any athlete enough time to "hide" any substances he may or may not be putting into his body.

The simple fact is that Team Pacquiao demands a cutoff date for whatever reason.

Team Mayweather Does Not demand a cutoff date and is perfectly fine with getting tested whenever they wish.

Is that understandable and reasonable?

The burden of proof rests on Maweathers' shoulders solely. The accusations were brought by his team and father, it's up to him to prove it, not for Manny to disprove it.

It does not rest on Mayweather' shoulders, but instead on the powers that be for the respective sanctioning bodies involved and the related or selected health officials to resolve it. Yes an accusation has be voiced which has EVERYONE concerned and everyone wants resolved, but Mayweather doesnt have to prove anything.
