It does not rest on Mayweather' shoulders, but instead on the powers that be for the respective sanctioning bodies involved and the related or selected health officials to resolve it. Yes an accusation has be voiced which has EVERYONE concerned and everyone wants resolved, but Mayweather doesnt have to prove anything.

Still people say PBF is afraid adn doesn´t want the fight, ARE THEY BLIND?, when all points the other direction, the date issue of the fight, $10 million per pound, the drug tests really make me feel bad for PAC, all the contradictions in his team, declaration of Ariza of Pac not knowing what he´s giving him, the legal battle against PBF Team...

Still if this is a promotion strategy for the fight, for me as a fan of both PBF and PAC, the image of PAC is going to be hurt no matter what the outcome is...IMO

No its not fair....but ultimately the decision rested with JMM as to wether he wanted to continue the fight. He could have called it off and been compensated. Floyd and his camp did the right thing and phoned JMM camp before the weigh in and told them Floyd was over the agreed limit......Floyd paid for it aswell.....

Ultimetely Floyd handled JMM more easily than alot expected.....purely based on style.....Even Roach said it is a tough fight first one back and that Floyd would need to be at the top of his game to beat JMM....in actuality he beat him with his C level game....

You realize what you've written makes absolutely no sense right? The rules and testing guidelines are governed by the state, dependent on your jurisdiction, not on the sanctioning bodies and who exactly are the powers that be? Did you just pull that one out of a hat because it sounded nice at the time?

The burden is on the accuser not the accused, hence the phrase "innocent until proven guilty". An accusation was brought by Mayweather's team and it is up to him and golden boy to prove these assertions are correct, not for Manny to disprove it for them.

Nope unfair is dragging somebody down to weakened state rather that allowing someone to come in strong .

Unfair is not taking the same test as your opponent will take , even though your opponent has already agreed to all your demands and he asked for only one thing , a fair no PEDS fight .
