Margarito is just a natural born fighter,they don't make them like him anymore.There isn't a fighter in the sport that would have smiled while being assaulted the way Margarito was.

I think it's courageous to take an absolute beating with a smile on your face.I believe that it is courageous to take alot of punishment in order to achieve victory as Margarito has shown in the past.

I can agree with this. But do you not think its cowardly to even attempt to cheat? I always liked Margs, but it was cowardly to try and cheat against Mosely and to have probably have cheated in other fights.

1st off I ain't no fan I respect him, I'll be the first to tell you Cotto isn't the same fighter style wise and he needs a new team who can make him resort to his old ways. 2nd it's YOU who doesn't respect Boxing by giving a PROVEN cheater respect. this guy went threw his whole career with the very same trainer who loaded his gloves, his ENTIRE pro career and I think amateur too and you gonna be so thumb sucking ****** to believe he didn't load his gloves in other fights? he'll load his gloves with Shane but wont load them up against a guy who beat Shane? What evidence is there to suggest that Margarito did load his gloves in any other previous fights?

Shane Mosley is a proven cheater and unlike Margarito was allowed to get away with it.

Mosley has a great chin and proven stamina,Cotto's chin is suspect and so is his stamina.

Common sense would tell you that Margarito wouldn't have needed to use loaded gloves to beat down Cotto.

I and many others await the return of this man and will welcome him back with open arms,because we respect the sport of boxing and it's true warriors.

He is a cheater and was given a slap on the wrist for doing something that could have hurt or killed someone permanent, With still some questions on who on his resume who has been affected in their career forever.
I wouldn't welcome him back with open arms simply because you compare bad to worse but I am curious on how he will perform without plaster.
