If you don't respect Antonio Margarito.....

Then you have no respect for the sport of boxing.Antonio Margarito brings out the greatness in the sport of boxing. In an era where the best fighters are too timid to challenge themselves and dare to be great,Antonio Margarito has carved out an impressive resume and a reputation for fighting the greatest fighters in his weight class.

How many other fighters would take such a beating that Margarito took and go down with a smile?

Alfonso "I can't see ****" Gomez and Victor "I don't know if I wanna do this anymore" Ortiz, two supposed Mexicans packed their bags and headed home when the going got rough, and yet both these fighters are still given spots on HBO cards.

I and many others await the return of this man and will welcome him back with open arms, because we respect the sport of boxing and it's true warriors.

He's a proven cheater. His legacy is marred forever.

Why not challenge yourself when you know you have loaded gloves?

he had a hell of a chin(pre mosley) power, and wasnt afraid to **** with the hardest punchers in the division (cotto, clottey, williams)

Majority of "boxing" fans are hypocrites. They talk **** about Margarito while being fans of Mosley, Toney etc.

You didn't even know who Luis Resto was before they made a documentary on him.

There is absolutely no proof that Margarito ever actually had loaded gloves during a fight.

Agreed.Toney and Mosley did actually cheat to secure two of their biggest wins of their career.

It's amazing that people actually list James Toney being a heavyweight champion as one of his accomplishments.

Sorry, but even though using PED's is shameful, loading your gloves is downright irresponsible.

I rather a man quit when the going gets rough over resorting to cheating before the going can even get rough...

Margarito is a DISGRACE..and those who await his return are not fans of BOXING they are fans of MEXICAN BOXERS and feel they need someone to jock..

It has nothing to do with "mexican" boxing. It is about someone actually having the balls to take "risks" on fighting the best out there. ISN'T THAT WHAT YOU LIKE ABOUT COTTO??
