I did not see this one ....
No I'm not hurt...I don't even know what that word means...What happened to your sense of humor?
Wow-doesn't take much to get your feelings hurt and start name-calling eh? Look, you are just going to have to accept that not everyone wants to over-protect a fighter who "has nothing to hide" (or does he-who knows).Next you are going to tell me that Boxingscene can get sued for conspiracy because they write things that can be percieved to contradict the innocence of Manny.
The truth is,you are doing everything possible to act like it is acceptable to cover up accusations.I just come from the school of thought that if someone accuses you of something, you should have a personal obligation to prove them wrong and let the public judge them afterwards-not hardly as bad as you make it out to be....Comment

Attn: Morons. Stop rejoicing, Pac's lawsuit will fail..
If you can step away from giving yourself e-*******s for a second and think about it, Pac's lawsuit has very little ground. He's threatening a suit based on libel, and defamation of character etc. Too bad Floyd has never said he's taking anything publically (especially in the questioned time frame negotiated for this fight). Just asked him to test AND given in to ALL of Pac's demands (there were quite a few). Floyd had one demand and you queens start freaking out.
Oh and just fyi, the meanstream US media which hates FLoyd and loves Pac is pretty much siding with Floyd on this one and have turned on Pac. Sorry to let you know.Comment

First, the presumption of innonce only exists in a court of criminal law. This case would be a civil case. Since Pacquiao and/or Arum has decided to bring this case, they would have the burden of proving whatever claims they bring forth. Note that a defamation case is tough to make most of the time. Next, "opinion" as a defense is normally available on most of the defamation torts. Lastly, Pacquiao or Arum would have to prove some measure of damages. How has Pacquiao or Arum been damaged? What is going on now is a product of broken down negotiations, not as a result of a defamatory statement.
Pacquiao may have some contractual claims...maybe. This all seems to be posturing. I don't expect this case to go anywhere. If Arum is worrying about producing a mega-money fight, he should stay out of court. This tactic is mostly used on people with not enough money to fight back (might this be mayweather's situation) and is used to force the other person to acquiesce...not exactly the most honorable thing.Comment

I really do not believe Pac has that much integrity because he cheats on his wife. If he cheats in one aspect of his life, what makes one think that he wouldn't cheat in another area of his life? Just my opinion.
Oh well, when they do meet Pac will most likely get the beating of his life (besides the public opinion beating that he is currently taking).Comment

I love trash talk too if needed...but Jr's case
I would like to see him set a fight the big boys and then start the Trash Talk.
I personally like Floyd for his trash talking, it hypes me up, any one who doesn't like hype before a great fight is dumb[/QUOTE]Comment

Team Pac has no case when it comes to the lawsuit. This is what I thought we were talking about.Comment

I will not be surprised when that happens...
lol...Mosley will be the next Jr.
No pac doesn't really need this fight that badly that's why the mayweather camps keep on ranting because they're desperate. I wonder who would be willing to fight them if this fight will not push through. They could pick some featherweight and super featherweights now, hey maybe Darchinyan's willing to fight Floyd at 144 coz he certainly not want none of Mosley or Williams.Comment
