Not sure either but it would have been very interesting. You're right about Norris being alot different then JCV, Norris was quick and wouldn't have to worry about Whitaker's power. I do think Whitaker can get a little dirty, wrestle a little and go to the body. Then again, Norris had really quick hands, would have loved to see it. There were also talks of Whitaker vs. Ike, then again that was late into Whitaker's career.

Ill be honest. I think Whitaker's lack of height is what hurts him the higher he moves up, a guy that has a considerable reach advantage on him is going to make life hard for him imo, not that Norris had a considerable!! reach advantage on him but....

If you move up in weight and you are smaller man and you have to fight from long range it can make life extremely difficult for you, however if you step inside, you are stepping inside against a bigger stronger man, so it can be just as difficult/dangerous. I know Meldrick Taylor was past best his best as he moved up but i always felt his lack of height and power is what cost him most as he moved up.
