      they just think you should see what happens in 2010 to judge 2000-2009.
      No man, theres still debate amongst *****s whether 2010 should be included in the decade...

        2000-2009 is the decade.

        you have to look at people's resume in those years.

        not wait and see what happens in 2010 to see who deserves recognition for 2000-2009.

        that just doesn't make any sense.
        In theory you are right, but realistically thats not how things work.

        Mike Tyson is a perfect example. In the 1980's he was put on a pedastal with Ali, dempsey and Joe Louis. After what happened in 1990, people saw his 80's career in a whole different light.

        All of the champions he defeated in the 80s became bums overnight and Tyson was labled a hype job. Dont be surprised if something similar happens to the loser of March 13th, whether it be Pac or Mayweather.

                Ok, Ill give you the bet then.... If I can prove that you have posted Cotto nut huggery posts then I take your account....

                What says you???
                Respecting a fighter for his accomplishments is one thing, respecting a fighter is another but blindly ignoring the truth is lunacy and or obsession. I can show a million threads(mostly Pac or Filipinos) that are just blindly hugging with no knowledge.
                Why dont you bump the thread where I say Cotto's mind is messed up and I think he will never be the same? Why because it shows Im fair and see his negative side too. Like Floyd having great skill and also being special but not fighting the best. Like Margarito being all heart but a piece of crap for cheating. Like Pac being a legend killer but always tryng to get an advantage before the fights.
                All these things show that I tell it like it is and the *******s are the only ones who act like I kicked over a Filipino Jesus statue. Obsessed much?

                  Thats completely ridiculous to say seeing that Pacquiao actually has names on his resume. What you're trying to imply is that if Floyd beats Pacquiao next year, the sages of history will ultimately look back on Pac's career from 2000-2009 and say he beat nothing but bums like Barrera, Morales, Marquez, Hatton, Cotto? Do you realize how ****** this sounds? We're talking about some CERTIFIED ATG's and hall of famers that would all of a sudden become overrated nobodys just because Floyd beat Pacquiao? How pretentious.

                  You Floyd fans need to get a grip of reality. It is majority consensus which decides what label is best fitting a fighter. Not just one opinion. HBO is just one opinion, but the way things seem is that the the boxing community all feel the same way.

                  And you just cant start changing the meaning of certain words just to fit and serve and manipulate your argument. You can't change the meaning of "fan" like yall were trying to a year ago and you can't change the meaning of "decade" either.

                      fan = doesn't have to mean someone who roots for a person or team. as long as they watch him even if it's to root for him/them to lose they're a fan

                      decade = 11 years
