The NBA MVP is an award thats given to the best player of the regular season. Last year they gave it to Lebron James who got destroyed in the playoffs 3 weeks after receiving his trophy . If the NBA had been a little more patient they would have clearly seen that KObe was the true MVP as he won the 2009 NBA Finals.

Let this thing playout before we start jerking these guys off.

lebron has the better statistic for the season thats why he got the mvp for the season. kobe got the final/playoff mvp.

pacquiao got the best resume for the decade(jan 1 2000 - dec 31 2009). he gets the fighter of the decade. if mayweather beats pac, then mayweather is the better boxer than pac, but not fighter of the decade.
