Wrong, it did more than that here, and it did over 1 million in the UK at 4 in the morning.

How much more would the fight have generated if they both shed their personalities temporarily, if only to make it that much more fun to watch.

If their cut also included a percentage of PPV sales, wouldn't have they stood a chance to make much more?
I agree cuz is not like the whole world was dying to see Pac-Cotto. However this is different. The whole world wants to see this fight. This fight has the whole world buzzing. I have uncles from Guatemala telling me about Pac-Mayweather. ESPN has talked about this fight a lot. Really for this fight you just need the 2 names, the 2 fighters in the ring. And, it is going to sale over 2mil PPV's. Pac don't even have to do nothing for this fight. Pac can chill. Floyd can chill too but he is going to do whatever he wants. Cuz everybody wants to see this fight. Promoting the hell out of it is not make some well now that I see them I want to wathc. No cuz this fight is different everybody is going to watch regardless.

Really this fight don't need that promotions. Pacquiao-Mayweather, Mayweather-Pacquiao. That is all that needs to be said.
I'll let you look up Mayweather-Marquez numbers.

LOL, Mayweather-Hatton most certainly did not do 1.5 million despite what a thread in a forum says.

Mayweather's 10th-round knockout of England's Ricky Hatton to retain the welterweight championship Dec. 8 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas generated a whopping 850,000 domestic pay-per-view buys and $47 million in television revenue, HBO PPV's Mark Taffet said Monda
The numbers are in and pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather lived up to his new self-given nickname of "Money" Mayweather.
