Floyd for his fights is always the one going on shows, giving the fans what they want, doing big things to promote fights, while his opponents never contribute hardly anything. When a guy does that much work outside of the ring you have to compensate him more for it, that is all.

PPV kings don't need to do anything to sell a fight except get in the ring.
