Personally, I was one to always say his fight against Lacy meant nothing and was not impressive. Lacy sucks & during the fight Roy had is guard up so often and would get pinned on the ropes. Back in the days Roy would never almost never have to block because of his really quick feet. The Lacy fight was sad to me.

Prime Jones died a long time ago.

Jones got caught cold in my opinion, yes he is over the hill but he should still beat the like of danny green. I wouldnt be suprised if a re-match is offered.

i think green was pretty lucky to land that shot, had jones got into the fight a bit more i doubt that would have happened, the thing is with jones is he keeps his left way too low, at his age he cant move in time to ride those punches, at his age he should have adapted better and kept his guard high, im surprised he was able to take that onslaught for so long and still be standing! that punch knocked him silly! jones will retire now im pretty sure of it. most likely hopkins will face green now instead, hey imagine if hopkins lost his fight? that way hopkins and jones could face off as a send off lol

Roy got caught clean it came out of nowhere but still when you back yourself into a corner with your left hand low like that like someone else said his reflexes ain't there at 40 years of age to get out the way using that style he fought with you gonna get hit

roy dominated with hand and foot speed as soon as the foot speed went he lost one of his major assets

i agree though he should be beating guys like Green easy either he took him way too lightly or he really is washed up

i feared this might happen Roy had his mind on the Bernard fight and took his eye of the prize now he ****ed up big time
