Any sensible person knows Calzaghe beats Ottke hands down. Any sensible person would also know that fighting Ottke in Germany would almost certainly end up in a robbery. Ottke has a number of split decisions when he lost.
Just out of interest, what makes you think that Calzaghe would beat Ottke? (By the way, I'm not saying he won't, just getting your viewpoint).

Ottke was pretty difficult but I'd be shocked if Calzaghe couldn't out work him.

The fights I have seen Ottke in and the fights I have seen Calzaghe in.

        Simple enough.

Venue would be crucial as both enjoyed significant advantages at home. At a neutral site I'd expect Calzaghe to win on workrate, but despite the genral ridicule on this board Ottke was an excellent (and boring) fighter.

german judges usually reward effectiveness(clean punches) and punish impotence(missing punches aka workrate)

He was the divisions no.1 for several years. Hehad to retire to make room for Joe. His record includes several non-controversial wins over very good fighters (including Glen Johnson back when he was waaayyy below 40).

                      yes??

                      talking about german judges.

you have an awful habit of going off topic.
