Serious question, can Miguel Cotto defeat Manny Pacquiao if he has the right plan?

I said yes but only if a couple of things change.
for one allow cotto to come in at 147 would add more power to his shots..2 pounds of muscle would help. and no I am not making an excuse cotto looked good and healthy and he himself said 145 was no problem.
the second thing is he needs to fix his bloody nose problem. in his only 2 losses he ended up with a really bad nose bleed and if you can't breath in through your nose you are not winning any fights.
Under those conditions he could win a fight against pac. other wise no.Comment
