Goosen claimed that Shane Mosley ducked Paul Williams and as much as I like Mosley, it is 100% accurate. By everbody's standards Berto is too big for Mosley too because Berto started out his career as a Middleweight. Shane went with Berto to cherry pick a weaker link. No other way you can describe it. Of course people will bring Floyd in the discussion, and he deserves criticism as well.

I've said this time and time again. But if Mosley would've fought Paul Williams during the time frame that Goosen was talking about, he would be more in the discussion of getting a fight with Floyd or Pacquiao. And this would be true even if he lost. Did that stop Margarito from fighting Shane just because Mosley had an L to Cotto in a close fight?

And now since Mosley is tied up with Berto in January instead of being smart and fighting Williams earlier this year, he is further off of Pacquiao and Mayweather's radar.

          Yeah right....

MAYWEATHER/MANNY will not fight WILLIAMS!! They would both get destroyed!! As for MOSLEY, he's scared of WILLIAMS! I heard him say that he is not interested in fighting WILLIAMS so he should stop calling himself the best welterweight in the world because he beat MARGACHEETO! We'll know how much he has left when faces BERTO come January 30th.

You were playing pitty pats with another man halfway dressed.

            End of story really.

What else needs to be said?

Did you have a point of some kind,

or do you think you're the only person here who boxes or trains?

            Try sticking to the topic.
lol. Good for you, buddy. I would think if you was just in some ***** though, you'd be a little less uptight. More happy go lucky..like. *shrug*

Sometimes I do think that I'm the only one in a convo that laces up... But there are a few knocking around here that also box though.

I've sparred/fought with all types of fighters..tall fighters with superior reach, defensive counterpunchers, fast ones, plodders ect ect

The reach types are the most difficult in my experience, because their reach neutralizes my jab, and I have to find a way inside, but these guys are usually good at keeping at range.

I don't co-sign this. Paul Williams is a good boxer too. He's not just a guy with a high work rate. I don't care how old Winky Wright was, but nobody could've punked him the way Paul did. That thing that Williams did by hitting Winky with an uppercut when Winky was hugging his arm was a thing of beauty.

He has no intention of fighting at 147 anyways. It's a nice way to keep his name hot in saying so.

Williams also doesn't blow up in weight like Berto does, so the too big excuse is lame to me. Shane Mosley has more of a take on all comers attitude than Pacquiao and Floyd does, and he still avoided this fight. That has to say something.

Give me one good reason not to be a fan of this guy. I bet you can't find one.
