Paul needs to have a fight at 147 and prove he can still make the weight comfortably and perform. This guy likes to claim he can still be very effective at the weight but we haven't seen him there in a long while.

That's double standards. Mosley's resume has plenty of gimmes on there. Estrada and Mayorga come to mind and he didn't even look good in those fights.

PacMan fans always cry that a few pounds don't have effects on his opponents who come in under the welter weight limit. If that's the case then why the catch weights? If it's not an advantage to PacMan then why does his camp continue to fight fighter at catch weights. Because they know its an advantage, if not they would fight all welter weights at the 147 limit. I want to see at what weight they fight PBF. PacMan, you the welter weight champ now, you got to fight by welter weight rules. Or are you the catch weight champ?
