That's why I love the Punisher,to hate him is rather obvious haterism!!He's not like floyd who just talks **** & doesn't back it up!!He travels between 3 weight classes calling out the best, has been ducked by the mighty Pavlik!!If the Punisher had as much support as floyd does,he would be the best fighter on the planet, because his fights would be in demand!!But he's like the underground while bigger names are mainstream, keep it up baby, someday they'll recognize!!

I like P.Will and all, but I think going down to 147 would be a big risk for him at this point. When's the last time he was at 147? If he and Floyd did fight and Paul comes out flat like he did against Quintana, it'd be nothing but trouble for P.Will.

PWill made 145 as recently as '07, so I'm sure he'd be fine at WW. It's just others' problem that they can't man up to fight him. :wnk1:

Taller fighters with miles of reach have a distinct, almost unfair advantage..

Plus, P dub puts on like 20lbs from weigh in to fight night,

I'll say it again..he doesn't belong at WW... he should Clean out his current division.or even go up in weight, like hearns did.

Panama Al Brown who was a 5'11" bantamweight pretty much says to shut the **** up.

Boxing goes by weight divisions not height or reach or any other dumb **** your pea sized brain tells you.

Tall fighters also have a disadvantage with their long arms.

They're terrible inside fighters for the most part and are highly susceptible to body shots.

You should really just keep quiet on **** you know nothing about.

Fighters that want to be great,

              take risks.

I applaud those types of fighters.

paul williams was blacklisted from the welterweight division. none of the "best" fighters would fight him forcing him to move up. pacquiao, mayweather, cotto, mosley, margarito rematch, clottey. no one. only guy is quintana but hbo and showtime refuse to buy that fight. people want him to keep fighting bums at 147 to prove he can make the weight? he has never failed to make the weight so until he does stop with that nonsense. he's not nate campbell. he's a fighter.

the so called "best" are trying to ignore him. its a disgrace. they aren't giving the fans the best fights just to save their own asses.

Yea, I'm really disappointed in these guys not being up to the task. Especially Mosley. I think Shane has a great chance of knocking Paul out.

                  But does Shane think so?

                  I'm not so sure.

And yet we've had fighters in the past that stood up to the test.

This is still why the HW division is the best division: no complaints about height, reach, and weight.

People like to make a big deal about Pac moving up...well, go look at Barbados Joe Walcott...Sam Langford, and many others. Weight, Height, Reach...eh...pay me...let's fight.

Paul Williams division was WW until he was pushed out because the big names didn't want to fight him.

Shane, Floyd, Pac...all are second class to Williams at 147 until they fight him.

I wish PWill would call Floyd out himself in a very forceful, and a very public manner. He knows Floyd ain't takin' the pay cut to fight Williams, but it will put further pressure on Mayweather to stay away from crap like Salita and Hatton, and MAKE him look only toward the real welters.
