Mosley got robbed against Cotto!

mosley was still in euphoria in his win over margarito. but he forget that somebody in the name of miguel cotto schooled him once. and that somebody who taught him boxing lessons was humbled by a man from the far east, whom the chicken floyd and his ugly father ugly old floyd call "one dimensional fighter".

calling himself the greatest at 147lbs is ridiculous but he's is entitled to his own opinion.

Cotto didnt school Mosley. Thats not an accurate description of how that fight went. Shane landed the more power punches in that fight and had Cotto backpedaling and trying to escape during the last 3-4 rounds. Shane got robbed. Look at the punch stats! The only reason why most people dont see it as a robbery is because Shane didnt complain about the decision. Malinaggi complained about the decision in the Diaz fight and complained his way to an immediate rematch that he deserved. Shane could have complained the same way but he didnt. He took the decision like a man and crushed Margarito which in turned silenced all the critics. Shane lets his fist do the talking!! And Sense that Shane fight, Cotto has been on serious decline, backpedaling and trying to escape with slim victories!!

Shane didnt rest on his laurels for a whole year. HE TRIED TO MAKE FIGHTS WITH PACMAN AND FLOYD for a whole year after he destroyed MARGARITO. PACMAN is not the best welterweight because for 1 he hasnt fought a Champion at 147. He fought a catchweight fight against Cotto. Cotto deserved to lose his fight against Mosley, got crushed by Margarito, barely escaped Clottey and just got crushed by Pacman. NO way was Cotto the best Welterweight in his fight with Pacman. Cotto has been in decline since his fight with Mosley! He back pedaled during the last 4 rounds of the SHane fight just like he did against Margarito, Clottey and Pacman. Shane Mosley is the best at 147 because he beat the best Welterweight Champion at 147 pounds at that time, which was Margarito. For 2, the WBO title has never been considered the most prestigious title of the 4 major titles. Cotto won that B-ll**** WBO title by beating Jennings. Who the h-ll is Jennings? Although BERTO holds the Linear WBC title, he hasnt fought any of the top welterweight champions so of course no one views him as the best at 147. The Ring Magazine title at 147 is vacant right now, so based on the Ring, there is no "best welterweight" at this moment. Pacman has to beat the winner of the SHane vs Berto fight at 147 pds and from that fight will determine who the best at 147 truely is!

If he means in the rankings, yes he's the number 1. But in the ring he ain't proved it. He lost to Cotto - so even if Cotto now lost, which of course catapults Shane in front of him in the rankings but doesn't mean that he is better then Cotto.

Rankings wise yes, he should be the number 1... but in the ring he ain't proved that he is the best.

I'm also against catchweights BUT even if your people dislike it everything over 140 is Welterweight... so even if the fight was contracted at 145, it was a WW-fight... the same goes out for Mayweather-Marquez. But all that **** should really stop but it won't. If you can have an advantage why shouldn't you try to use it, that's the way human beings are.

well if your saying he isnt the best WW because he didnt fight cotto at 147, then the argument is there but if your saying because he fought cotto and not you, well cotto beat you, very good fight, and close but he outboxed you and did win, manny absolutely dominated cotto, whenever cotto looked like he might be winning , manny would drop him.
and you and cotto did not fight the same margarito, the one cotto fought was relentless and just kept coming no matter what. he didnt have that energy or will in the fight against mosley, i personally though after ko margs the two of you shoud have shared the #1.

First of all..**** the rankings...in and out of boxing PACQUIAO is still the best among all these ****in ****** losers (MAYWEATHER, MOSLEY, CAMPBELL, ETC) tired of all this ****in uneducated dumbasses, call us PACQUIAO fans names that they should be calling themselves. Second of all, MOSLEY CAN TAKE the best welterweight title and shove it up his steroid using ass. Third, MOSLEY is nothing but a cry baby, its been known that he uses steroids against DLH and some can argue that DLH won the second fight. Fourth, Pacquiao called out COTTO because he has a bigger following than MOSLEY will ever have and he beat MOSLEY. Fifth, **** MAYWEATHER SR. and his steroid claims of PACQUIAO, why doesn't this crackhead just admit that PACQUIAO is that great, even a much better role model in and out of boxing than his own son can ever be. Lastly, this claim of PACQUIAO being on something is just bull**** excuse that haters and jealous ****ers make up. FERNANDO VARGAS was on steroids when he fought DLH and still got knock the **** out. MOSLEY IS known to used steroids, and he still lost five fights. I'm been telling you doubters that PACQUIAO is one of those fighters that come once in a lifetime, all this mention about fighting for his country and pride, well that is exactly why PACQUIAO is hard to beat, a combination on a teacher and a great pupil equals excellence and improvement. So PACQUIAO took shots from COTTO because of determination not because of allegations of steroid use.

i do agree but the guy was fighting at 130 less than 2 years ago, and he is P4P champ so he really should be able to get some slack there. if he fights floyd it doesnt really matter cuz floyd fought at 147 but never fought a real top WW, id rather see a guy fight a top guy in the world making him shave a couple pounds then a sharmba mitchell or baldomir, or junior welterweight and a lightweight.
