ok, shane, when Paul Williams says he's wants to fight you, that means you'll make the fight happen.......Paul Williams has called Mosley out multiple times, just like Mosley has called out Pac-Man and Mayweather....

Now we read how Shane is done chasing those guys.....So let's see what happens when CINTRON, CLOTTEY AND PAUL WILLIAMS CALLS SHANE OUT!!!

I don't think shane has a problem fighting williams I think shane was trying to secure a big payday that is what I think, and he certainly deserves it, he has fought everyone unlike floyd he has faced everyone and ducked no one, and has given many fighters that others refused to face an opportunity. So I say let shane make some money fighting pac or floyd and then he can entertain the notion of facing williams, shane has earned the right at this point to pick and choose not floyd.

well if your saying he isnt the best WW because he didnt fight cotto at 147, then the argument is there but if your saying because he fought cotto and not you, well cotto beat you, very good fight, and close but he outboxed you and did win, manny absolutely dominated cotto, whenever cotto looked like he might be winning , manny would drop him.
and you and cotto did not fight the same margarito, the one cotto fought was relentless and just kept coming no matter what. he didnt have that energy or will in the fight against mosley, i personally though after ko margs the two of you shoud have shared the #1.

Mosley won the cotto fight, like the one gentlemen said look at the punch stats, and cotto ran for at least four rds so he also gave away the last 4rds, how do you win a fight running and giving away the last 4 rds in a close fight!!??, and on the flip side margarito brutalized and destroyed cotto who was widely regarded as the best ww at that time, and mosley decimated and obliterated margarito the only reason why margarito wasn't as relentless in the mosley fight was because of the angles and fire power that was being returned, he was thinking twice before rushing in and taking those bombs period.

+ Cotto's victory over Mosley was marginal, it could of went either way. In addition that was a tougher undefeated Cotto.

Manny shouldn't be the man at 147 until he beats a top guy at 147
instead of 145. Not taking anything away from Manny but Shane
fought all his guys at 147 to get his slot at the top. Roach and Manny
should stop the catch weight BS now that they graduated. The thing
about Shane facing Pac that concerns is that, Pac is too fast and strong
for Shane if he tries to use his aggressive style on Pac. If Shane doesn't
have a game plan to beat Pac and comes in the ring with the same strategy
he had for Cotto then it could be a long night for him if they ever fought.
Pacquiao has convinced me that NO offensive style will beat him without
defense because Pac is just too fast.

No, he ain't. Are we rewriting history because we like to? You can look everywhere: Cotto vs. Mosley, Cotto UD. Punch stats do say **** about a fight. If it was that simple then we only had to look at them and doesn't need judges.

We know that he beat Margarito and what does that proof? That Mosley can beat Margarito but it doesn't proof that he can beat Cotto. You can make up your fantasy universum where Shane Mosley won and Cotto has now 3 losses but it has nothing to do with the real world...

and on top... please do not overrate Margarito. Everybody knows that a guy who has chin (which is not even something that you can train) and has good conditioning is pretty hard to beat. On top you throw that he's pretty big for an WW... and you got an guy who can beat a lot of guys who are way more talented then him only because of that. Margarito ain't got real boxing skills... chin, conditioning and size and only of them is actual trainable... everything else is given... so please don't overrate him because he beat Cotto.
