ok, shane, when Paul Williams says he's wants to fight you, that means you'll make the fight happen.......Paul Williams has called Mosley out multiple times, just like Mosley has called out Pac-Man and Mayweather....

When the discussion was made about Mosley and Cotto and who should be the #1 WW those who picked Mosley main reason was because Mosley, beat the man (Margarito) that beat the man (Cotto) and specially on how convincing he did it.

Well if we use that same reason now Pacman, beat the man (Cotto) who beat the man (Mosley) and very concingly also.

There will be others that would say that Pacman has just 2 fights as a WW (DLH in 2008 and Cotto in 2009) which turned out to be to complete domination against his opponents BTW.

Well guess what Mosley has 2 fights at WW since Nov. of 2007 (Cotto in 2007 and Margarito in 2009) and out of those 2 fights he lost 1 and quess against who?? Yeah the same guy that Pacman destroyed (Cotto).

If I would have to pick the #1 WW I would have a small inclination to Mosley because of the catchweight issue with Pacman, but base on the most recent activity and performance I can understand and be comfortable with Pacman being # 1.

Remember this "title" is of # 1 WW is for the "MOMENT" and at this moment or at least the last 2 years, Pacman's accomplishment at WW have been more impressive,

Shane Mosley vs. Pacquiao would be a fun fight because Shane is much more offense-minded than Mayweather.

I wouldn't mind seeing that one, assuming Mosly can get past Berto.

(2) Cotto
(3) Mosley

Rational, isn't it?

Conclusion: Shane is not the best welterweight.
